You will work on varied mandates, partner closely with candidates and hiring stakeholders, and help deliver timely, high-quality closures.

The Opportunity

As a Recruiter / Senior Recruiter, you will identify, engage, assess, and place qualified candidates across Pharma and IT roles. You will own the recruitment lifecycle—from understanding client requirements and sourcing talent to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.

What You’ll Do

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and other relevant channels.
- Understand job specifications across Pharma functions—including sales, quality, regulatory, and R&D;—as well as core IT roles.
- Screen candidates for skills, experience, suitability, and alignment with client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, share timely updates, and maintain consistent follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage salary discussions, offer terms, notice periods, documentation, and pre-joining coordination.
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines, ATS records, trackers, and performance reports.




- Build strong relationships with domestic clients and internal stakeholders while adapting sourcing strategies based on feedback.
- Manage multiple open positions and deliver against monthly and quarterly closure targets.
- For Senior Recruiter candidates: mentor junior recruiters and share Pharma and IT hiring knowledge.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 2+ years of domestic recruitment experience, with exposure to Pharma and IT hiring.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Working knowledge of Pharma and core IT roles.
- Experience using recruitment portals, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to prioritise multiple requirements and work effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Leadership and mentoring capability for the Senior Recruiter level.
