We are looking for a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role includes understanding job requirements, sourcing candidates through job portals and LinkedIn, screening profiles, conducting initial calls, coordinating interviews.
Required Candidate profile maintaining candidate records. Solid communication, sourcing, follow-up, negotiation, stakeholder management skills are required. Experience with Naukri and other recruitment platforms is preferred.
