The Role

We're looking for a Sr. Rebar Detailer who can take on assigned work independently, keep drawings accurate and on schedule, and be a reliable point of contact between the field and the Team Lead. This is a role for someone who's done the reps — you know rebar detailing inside out and don't need much hand-holding to get it right.

Education: BE / Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering

Experience: 6–10 years

Software: RebarCAD / RGSCAD

Standards: ACI Standard

What You'll Be Doing

- Join job kick-off discussions with your Team Lead, flag project challenges early, and run with your assigned work — minimal guidance, high accuracy
- Prepare clean, accurate detailing; raise and track RFIs (and keep the log current)
- Self-check your own drawings before they go out, then submit finals to your TL
- Keep contract drawing logs and Rebar reports up to date after every submission
- Estimate the time needed for Change Orders and give your TL a realistic timeline
- If work gets reshuffled, keep your TL in the loop so nothing slips through the cracks
- Stay on top of your work status and timesheets — no chasing needed
