We are looking for an experienced Senior React Engineer with solid expertise in React.js, JavaScript, React plugins, and reusable component development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance frontend applications and be comfortable working with modern frontend development tools and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain React plugins, reusable components, and UI applications.

- Build responsive, scalable, and high-performance frontend solutions using React.js.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Translate business and UI/UX requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Implement state management using Redux, Flux, or similar frameworks.

- Integrate RESTful APIs and implement secure authentication/authorization mechanisms.

- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify opportunities for performance improvements.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing and technical improvements.





- Stay current with modern React and frontend development practices.

Mandatory Skills

- 5+ years of experience in frontend development with React.js.

- Strong hands-on experience developing React plugins and reusable components.

- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, DOM manipulation, and JavaScript object model.

- Strong understanding of React.js core concepts and component architecture.

- Experience with Redux, Flux, or equivalent state-management frameworks.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and API integration.

- Knowledge of JWT and modern authentication/authorization mechanisms.

- Hands-on experience with Babel, Webpack, NPM, and contemporary frontend build pipelines.

- Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization.

- Good problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Education
