- Quality control of injection molded components and molds
- In-process & final inspection
- Identify and resolve molding/tooling defects
- Root Cause Analysis, 8D, CAPA & 7 QC Tools
- Maintain quality reports, control plans & inspection standards
- Coordinate with Production, Tool Room & Engineering teams
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech/BE – Mechanical/Production/Plastics
- Solid knowledge of injection molding and mold-related quality
- Knowledge of GD&T; and measuring instruments
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
