Role Overview

We’re building a high-performance, multi-product SaaS platform that powers how schools operate. As a Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, you’ll ensure that Ether’s products deliver a seamless,

reliable experience to schools, parents, and students. You’ll own testing of key product modules, design and execute test strategies, and leverage automation and AI tools to improve testing speed and accuracy.

You’ll collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers — ensuring that quality is built into every stage of development, not checked at the end.

What You’ll Do

- Own quality for major product modules across Ether’s SaaS ecosystem.
- Design, document, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with engineers early in the development cycle to define acceptance

criteria and catch issues proactively.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and clear

communication.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools (Lambda Test, etc.) for test case generation, regression

testing, and defect analysis.
- Build and maintain automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright).
- Ensure thorough cross-browser, API, and performance testing.
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline validation and release certification.




- Continuously evolve testing processes and mentor junior QA engineers.

Who You Are

- 4-8 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation).
- Proven experience in testing web and mobile applications, preferably in SaaS

environments.
- Robust understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile processes.
- Hands-on with tools like Postman, JMeter, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Familiar with API testing, database validation (SQL), and defect management systems (JIRA, ClickUp, or similar).
- Comfortable working closely with developers and product managers to define and verify quality outcomes.
- Passionate about using AI tools (e.g., Testim, Copilot, Cursor) to improve QA efficiency.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.

Bonus If You Have (Not mandatory, but helpful)

- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS or EdTech systems.
- Familiarity with AWS environments, CI/CD integration, and performance/load testing.
- Experience setting up test automation from scratch.
- Knowledge of data privacy, security, or compliance testing.
- Exposure to API mocking and service virtualisation tools.
