About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced QA / Quality Engineering (QE) professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing and test automation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing, along with practical experience building and maintaining reliable automation frameworks.

You will work closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to understand complex workflows, identify edge cases, ensure product quality, and support successful releases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web applications and complex software workflows.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Work with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar tools.
- Identify, document, track, and manage defects through the complete defect lifecycle.
- Validate APIs, integrations, business workflows, and system behavior.
- Analyze complex workflows and identify edge cases, failure scenarios, and potential quality risks.
- Perform release validation and ensure applications meet defined quality standards before deployment.
- Maintain and improve existing automation frameworks and test coverage.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, business teams, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Participate in requirement discussions and provide QA/QE inputs from a quality and testability perspective.
- Communicate testing status, risks, defects, and release readiness clearly to internal teams and clients.





Required Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in QA / Quality Engineering.
- Strong experience in functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Hands-on experience with at least one modern automation framework such as:
- Playwright
- Cypress
- Selenium
- or similar automation tools.
- Robust understanding of test automation framework design and maintenance.
- Experience creating effective test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test suites.
- Strong understanding of defect management and release validation.
- Experience testing APIs and system integrations.
- Ability to understand complex business workflows and identify edge cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of software development and QA processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

Good to Have:

- Experience working in the healthcare domain.
- Experience with CI/CD and integrating automated tests into deployment pipelines.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience with cloud-based applications and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of performance, security, or accessibility testing.
