Oversee all stages of the solution development lifecycle, identifying and resolving defects to ensure adherence to quality standards.

•Define, communicate, and enforce quality standards across engineering and stakeholder teams. •Design, conduct, and execute test strategies prior to launch or implementation to ensure solutions meet requirements, perform reliably, and remain cost effective. •Identify and manage appropriate test populations and testing scope. •Collaborate with software, network, systems, and infrastructure engineers to promote automation first and CI/CD driven quality practices. •Develop and implement processes and protocols that ensure quality across all stages of development. •Partner with consumers and engineering teams to support continuous feedback loops and iterative improvement. •Research and evaluate emerging QA tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve solution quality. •Consult with software engineering teams to reduce test cycles, improve efficiency, and lower testing costs. •Promote and implement Test Driven Development (TDD) practices. •Analyze and document test results, providing actionable recommendations and resolution strategies. •Design high level automated test cases using BDD (Behavior Driven Development) formats based on user stories.

Required Qualifications

•7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Engineering or a related field.



•Experience supporting or leading testing efforts for complex, multi tiered software systems.

•7+ years of hands on experience designing and executing test plans using modern testing methodologies and tools.

•Robust troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills.

•Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including at least one front end framework (Angular, React, or Vue), and languages such as: oPython, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Golang, C/C++, etc.

•Hands on experience with UNIX/Linux and Windows operating systems.

•Comfortable using standard UNIX utilities for testing, diagnostics, and issue identification.

Experience working with sensitive financial data and familiarity with financial services environments.

•7+ years of test automation experience, including: oDesigning automation frameworks oWriting automated test scripts oIntegrating automation into CI/CD pipelines

•Hands on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as: oSelenium, Cucumber, TestComplete, EggPlant, Appium, Perfecto, ReadyAPI, etc.

•Experience with cybersecurity practices; certifications or coursework in security are a plus. •Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, JIRA, and Xray.

•Hands-on experience in mobile testing and related tools like Perfecto.
