Key Responsibilities-

The candidate will be responsible for:

- Reviewing business requirements, PRDs and functional specifications and identifying requirement gaps, risks and edge cases.
- Understanding business workflows and translating them into test scenarios, test cases and acceptance criteria.
- Performing API testing using tools such as Postman and validating REST API requests, responses, authentication, status codes, error handling and JSON payloads.
- Performing SQL/database testing and validating data across frontend, APIs, backend systems and databases.
- Conducting functional, integration, regression, smoke, exploratory and UAT testing.
- Testing end-to-end workflows across our API ecosystem, including project/survey integrations, qualifications, quotas, respondent routing, redirects, transaction statuses, reporting and reconciliation.




- Validating demand-side and supply-side API integrations with external partners.
- Working closely with Development and Product/Business teams to investigate defects and support root-cause analysis.
- Preparing detailed and reproducible bug/defect reports and tracking them through closure.
- Maintaining regression test suites for critical platform functionality.
- Contributing towards test automation using tools such as Playwright/Selenium/Python, wherever applicable.
- Supporting release validation and production sanity checks.
- Maintaining requirement-to-testing traceability and ensuring that developed functionality meets the original business requirements.
