About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Automation Testing, Test Framework Development, API Testing, and Quality Engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks while ensuring high-quality delivery of enterprise applications and modern data platforms. This role requires hands-on expertise in Python, PyTest, Selenium, Playwright, API Testing, Performance Testing, and CI/CD automation.

The successful candidate will collaborate with development, DevOps, QA, and product teams to build robust testing strategies that enhance software quality, reliability, and release efficiency.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites using Python.
- Build scalable and reusable automation frameworks using PyTest, Selenium, and Playwright.
- Develop and execute automated functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test cases.
- Perform API testing and automation using RestAssured, Postman, or similar tools.
- Design test strategies, automation roadmaps, and quality engineering practices for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application architecture and testing requirements.
- Validate graph database implementations using Neo4j and Cypher queries.
- Support testing of vector databases such as Milvus, Qdrant, and other AI-related data platforms.
- Conduct performance, load, and stress testing using JMeter and k6.
- Analyze application performance bottlenecks and provide quality improvement recommendations.
- Integrate automation testing into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
- Support cloud-based testing environments and infrastructure validation activities.
- Participate in test planning, estimation, defect triage, and quality reviews.
- Develop test reports,



automation dashboards, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to enable continuous testing practices.
- Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and testing technologies for automation improvements.
- Create and maintain test documentation, technical guides, and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to automation testing best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement of automation coverage, execution efficiency, and quality standards.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 7-12 years of experience in Automation Testing, Software Quality Assurance, or Quality Engineering.
- Strong expertise in Automation Framework Development and Test Strategy Design.
- Advanced programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience with PyTest and Python-based automation frameworks.
- Extensive experience with Selenium and Playwright automation tools.
- Strong experience in API testing and automation using RestAssured or equivalent tools.
- Expertise in integration testing, functional testing, regression testing, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience designing scalable automation frameworks from scratch.
- Working knowledge of Neo4j graph databases and Cypher Query Language.
- Understanding of graph database concepts and validation techniques.
- Experience testing vector databases such as Milvus, Qdrant, or similar platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with performance and load testing using JMeter and k6.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based testing environments.




- Experience validating cloud-native and distributed application architectures.
- Strong knowledge of GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD automation practices.
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale applications and complex distributed systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional Agile teams.
