Job Summary: This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring procurement, service, and contract activities for ongoing projects and operations. Ensures timely processing of purchase orders and availability of materials and services through effective coordination with internal departments. Supports the identification, evaluation, and development of vendors and service providers.Key Responsibilities:

· Material Procurement: Ensure fulfilment of required quantity and quality of material in the facility.

· Procurement of service: Execute service to meet activities / project in timeline

· Finalization of contracts: Implement the contract system as per the guideline

· Vendor development:



Ensure vendor development to avail best and competitive quote of the requirements.

· Inbound logistic related project purchase: facilitate in timely, finalization of cost-effective transport contract in coordination with logistics

· Customer specification: Meet internal customer satisfaction by timely delivery qty / quality materials.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

*5-8 years’ experience with purchase background in automotive / HVAC industry.

*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Positive communication (Hindi and English) and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Ranipet District, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
