This is where you come in...

As a Senior Psychotherapist with MindSelf Global, you will play a vital role in our mission to spread our path of purpose of emotional and mental self-sufficiency, working directly with our Founder & CEO. You will be trained and coached in our signature model of combining Western Therapeutic models such as CBT, Trauma-informed Care, Inner Child Healing, with Coaching frameworks of NLP, and Subconscious Programming and Ancient Vedic Sciences.

What You'll Be Doing...

- PRIMARY: CONDUCT 1:1 THERAPY SESSIONS

- SECONDARY: CONDUCT MASTERCLASSES AND GROUP SESSIONS





- Skilfully assess and identify clients' emotional health issues and roots of childhood / adulthood trauma
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and goals.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques within our coaching model that combines western therapeutic models with alternative wellness therapy
- Assist clients in building effective coping mechanisms and emotional resilience
- Continuously monitor clients' progress and adjust coaching plans as needed
- Maintain meticulous and confidential records of all client sessions

- You have leadership experience in managing teams
- You have worked with C-Suite, V-Suite, D-Suite clients
- You have worked with clients in global roles, international markets, multinational and multicultural work environments
- Entrepreneurial Mindset with experience in startups or building processes
- Empathetic and Skilled in Outcome-focused care
- Intuitive ability to connect and foster trusting relationships
- You are comfortable working in a remote work space environment

What We Are Looking For

- QUALIFICATIONS: Masters or M.Phil is a must
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum 10 years of proven Psychotherapy experience demonstrating expertise and leadership experience in managing teams
- LEADERSHIP: A full-time leadership role committed to serving 48-50hrs/week if needed
- Resonate with therapeutic approached beyond mainstream talk therapy and medication
- Willing to invest in a growth path of 3 years minimum
- Ability to work in high-performance environments
- Strong understanding of workplace realities (not just theory)
- Practical, applied approach (not academic-heavy)
- Excellent verbal and written skills (Fluency in English & Hindi)
