We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Proposal Engineer to lead the preparation of techno-commercial proposals for water and wastewater treatment projects (WTP, STP, ETP, RO). The candidate will be responsible for analyzing client requirements, preparing detailed technical and commercial offers, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring competitive and compliant bid submissions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Review tender documents, client specifications, and drawings to understand project scope and requirements.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, including process design, equipment selection, and cost estimation.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to gather input for proposals.
- Prepare and optimize Bill of Quantities (BOQ), equipment lists, and pricing sheets.
- Draft and finalize techno-commercial bids in line with company standards and client expectations.
- Interact with clients, consultants, and vendors for clarifications and technical discussions.




- Ensure timely submission of proposals and maintain proper documentation for all tenders.
- Support negotiation and handover of projects to execution teams after order finalization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and new technologies in water treatment.

Key Skills:

- Robust knowledge of water & wastewater treatment processes (WTP, STP, ETP, RO, UF, DM, etc.)
- Expertise in tender evaluation, costing, and proposal preparation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and ERP tools
- Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills
- Strong commercial and technical understanding

Qualifications:

- B.E/B.Tech in Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
