SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER with 20 years Exp– CIVIL WORKS

Knospe & Co. LLP is a Delhi-based heritage conservation and restoration firm working on prestigious projects for Government Departments, PSUs and institutional clients across India.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Project Manager – Civil Works to lead the planning, execution and delivery of heritage conservation, restoration, retrofitting and civil construction projects.

Position: Senior Project Manager – Civil Works

Experience: Minimum 20 Years

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering; M.E. / M.Tech preferred

Location: Delhi / Project Sites across India

Industry: Heritage Conservation | Restoration | Retrofitting | Civil Construction | Museum & Institutional Projects

Key Responsibilities

- Overall planning, execution and timely completion of projects
- Responsibility for Quality, Time and Budget
- Preparation and monitoring of project schedules and work targets
- Resource planning and mobilization of manpower, materials, machinery and tools
- Coordination with Client, Consultant, Architect, Engineers, Vendors and Subcontractors
- Review of BOQ, drawings, specifications and work methodology
- Monitoring of civil, structural, architectural, MEP and finishing works
- Quality control and supervision of site activities
- Procurement planning and material reconciliation
- Measurement, billing, variations, extra items and RA Bill coordination
- Identification and documentation of delays, hindrances and contractual issues
- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
- Cost monitoring and coordination with Accounts
- Testing, snag rectification,



completion and final handover

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in civil construction and project management
- Strong experience in independently managing construction sites
- Sound knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing, waterproofing, repair and retrofitting works
- Complete understanding of BOQ, drawings, specifications and construction methodology
- Experience in billing, quantity estimation and rate analysis
- Strong leadership and team-management capability
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, AutoCAD and MS Project / Primavera
- Positive documentation and reporting skills
- Strong planning, problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Willingness to travel and relocate to project locations across India

Experience in Government / PSU Projects, Restoration, Structural Retrofitting, Institutional Buildings or Museum Projects will be preferred. We Are Looking For A professional who is:
