Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Manager to oversee our end-to-end furniture manufacturing and modular interior design projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design, factory production, and on-site execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while effectively managing resources, vendors, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Strategy

● Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates for modular interiors and custom furniture projects. ● Review architectural drawings, 3D renders, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to ensure manufacturing and installation feasibility.

● Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential delays or cost overruns.

1. Manufacturing & Production Oversight

● Coordinate seamlessly with the factory floor to ensure production schedules align with site readiness and client deadlines. ● Oversee material procurement (plywood, laminates, veneers, hardware like Hettich/Hafele, etc.) to ensure timely availability and quality compliance.

● Monitor factory output, ensuring all modular units and custom furniture pieces meet strict Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) standards before dispatch.

1. Site Execution & Installation

● Manage site operations, conducting regular inspections to ensure readiness for modular installations. ● Direct site supervisors, carpenters, and installation teams to ensure precise assembly and flawless finishing.





● Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations at both the factory and installation sites.

● Oversee the final snagging and handover process to the client, ensuring complete satisfaction.

1. Stakeholder & Client Management

● Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and interior designers, providing regular project status updates. ● Manage external vendors, contractors, and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring SLA compliance.

● Resolve any in office discrepancies or client escalations promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Experience

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field. (PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred).

● Experience: Minimum of [7-10] years of project management experience, with at least [3-5] years specifically in modular furniture manufacturing, fit-outs, or interior design execution.

Technical Skills

● Strong understanding of modular furniture production processes (CNC machining, edge banding, panel processing).

● Proficiency in reading and interpreting AutoCAD 2D/3D drawings, layouts, and elevations.

● Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Monday.com, or ERP systems used in manufacturing).

● In-depth knowledge of raw materials, hardware fittings, finishes, and current interior design trends.

Pay: ₹45,500.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
