Looking for an IT Project Manager with hands-on project coordination/management experience. Candidates from BA, Scrum Master, PMO, or Delivery backgrounds with strong project ownership are also considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and resources.
- Track risks, issues, actions, defects, and project progress.
- Coordinate distributed teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Conduct project meetings and ensure action-item closure.
- Prepare status reports and provide regular stakeholder updates.
- Coordinate technical changes, releases, and post-launch activities.
Must Have:
- 3+ years of hands-on IT project coordination/management experience.
- Experience in BA / Scrum Master / PMO / Delivery / Project Management roles.
- Strong project tracking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/lightweight project management practices.
- Experience coordinating distributed teams and managing dependencies.
- Solid ownership, organization, and follow-through.
Good to Have:
- PMP/PRINCE2/CAPM or similar certification.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.
- Vendor management experience.
- Experience with Canadian/Calgary-based stakeholders.
- PMO or multiple-project management experience.
