Key responsibiltes
Review business processes end-to-end and identify operational, financial, and technology risks.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs.
- Work with business and technology teams to prioritize requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
- Manage project scope, schedules, priorities, and deliverables.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, senior management, customers, and technical teams.
- Support quality improvement and data management initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for system integration and process optimization.
Education Qualification
Master’s Degree in Technology, Management, or a related field
