Role Description The Senior Project Engineer will oversee day-to-day project engineering activities for real estate developments, ensuring that design, execution, and quality standards are met on site.

Responsibilities include coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors; reviewing technical drawings; monitoring construction progress; and managing timelines and budgets. The role involves supervising site engineers and contractors, enforcing safety and compliance standards, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and regulatory requirements.

The Senior Project

Engineer will prepare regular status reports, address technical issues,



and support risk mitigation and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South.

Qualifications

- Strong project engineering and site management skills, including supervision of construction activities and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in technical documentation, drawing review, and use of engineering and construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of civil engineering principles, building codes, safety regulations, quality standards, and real estate development processes.
- Demonstrated ability in project planning, scheduling, cost control, and vendor/contractor management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and capability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced project environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; advanced certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in real estate or construction projects, preferably in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
