About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Project Executive – Web & Digital Solutions who can independently manage website and digital projects from requirement understanding to final delivery.

The role combines project coordination, website execution, content structuring, quality assurance, and stakeholder management.

You will work closely with the Project Manager and collaborate with Product, Development, Design, Marketing, and Customer Support teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage website and digital projects from requirements to delivery.
- Translate customer requirements into explicit execution tasks.
- Build and manage websites using TYRIOS, CMS platforms, and website builders.
- Structure website content, navigation, user journeys, and storytelling.
- Identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and potential delays early.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Perform quality checks before project delivery.
- Handle routine project and customer communication.




- Maintain project documentation, SOPs, and checklists.
- Guide and review the work of junior Project Executives when required.
- Use AI tools responsibly to improve research, content, and productivity.

Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in website management, CMS, digital projects, or similar roles.
- Strong experience with tools such as WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and website structure.
- Good understanding of website content, UX, storytelling, and SEO fundamentals.
- Experience coordinating with multiple teams or stakeholders.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects.
- Strong ownership and attention to detail.

Nice to HaveExperience with SaaS products, Jira, Agile/Kanban, analytics tools, international customers, or mentoring junior team members.
