Role Description The Senior Program Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This position is responsible for leading end-to-end program planning and execution for key automotive and non-automotive OEM projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with customer requirements. Daily responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams in production, quality, engineering, and supply chain, tracking program milestones, and managing risk and issue resolution.

The role involves regular interaction with customers for status updates, requirement clarification, and performance reviews, as well as preparing reports and dashboards for senior leadership.

Manager also drives process improvements, cost optimization initiatives, and adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Program and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in manufacturing or automotive components, ideally with rubber molded, plastic molded, or friction materials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret technical and operational data.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external customers.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and productivity software (e.g., MS Office, project tracking systems).
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple programs simultaneously, and deliver results under time and cost constraints.
- Familiarity with quality management systems, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies is beneficial.
