Roles &

Responsibilities :

- Manage production of Monolithics and Ready Shape products as per production and dispatch plans.

- Plan manpower, raw materials and consumables and ensure smooth plant operations.

- Monitor production, process control, quality, inventory and cost performance.

- Manage SAP-PP, production orders, BOM, routing, costing and MIS reporting.

- Ensure EHS, 5S, statutory, IMS and ISO 50001 compliance.

- Drive safety audits, HIRA, Toolbox Talks and corrective actions.

- Coordinate with Quality, PPC, Maintenance, Stores, EHS, vendors and contractors.

- Execute CAPEX/OPEX, Kaizen, Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Conduct team training and ensure adherence to SOPs and safe work practices.

- Support customer/vendor visits, production trials and developmental projects.

Skills &

Competencies :





- Robust knowledge of refractory manufacturing and production processes.

- Experience in Monolithics, Ready Shapes, crushing, grinding, calcination and drying.

- Proficiency in SAP-PP, MS Office and production MIS.

- Knowledge of EHS, Quality, IMS, 5S and ISO 50001 requirements.

- Strong production planning, cost control and process optimization skills.

- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience in OPEX, Kaizen and Six Sigma initiatives.

Education &

Experience :

- B.Tech/B.E. in Ceramic, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.

- 10- 15 years of experience, preferably in the refractory manufacturing industry.

- Six Sigma, IMS or Energy Auditing certification preferred.
