Hiring: Production Engineer / Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager Production Engineering

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.

Location : Peenya

Experience: 6 to 10 years

We are looking for a Production Engineering qualified with up to 7 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably from hydraulic components, precision machining or engineering manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle process planning and prepare manufacturing time estimates for new and existing products.
- Plan and implement machines, tooling, jigs & fixtures and other manufacturing facilities.
- Prepare and maintain process drawings, process sheets and work instructions.
- Develop and optimize CNC programs to improve productivity, cycle time and tool life.
- Support machining, assembly, testing,



welding and painting processes.
- Drive process improvement, productivity enhancement, cost and cycle-time reduction initiatives.
- Develop and implement Poka-Yoke and process capability improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain APQP documentation, including PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan and WI.
- Work on SAP/ERP for component and process-related requirements.
