Job Responsibilities:

Co-ordinates in planning and organizing the manufacturing activities.

Implements Operational manuals, production plans and programs.

Ensures conformance of manufacturing processes with organizational objectives and policies, with the Coordination of the Production Manager.

Checks the availability of adequate raw and packing materials, utilities, filters and machine change parts.

Fulfils the monthly and weekly production plans according to the schedule with the coordination of production Executive/ Manager, Production.

Monitors drugs manufacturing activities in compliance with the requirements of cGMP.

Ensures that the yields are obtained well within limits for all products.

Controls production process and production facilities.

Ensures the general cleanliness and hygienic conditions of the manufacturing areas and personnel.

Ensures that all production equipment’s are maintained in good working order in coordination with the Engineering Department.

Ensures that there is discipline and a good working culture among the staff.

Search for vendors and take quotations for needed items.

Filing PAN for essential items which are necessary for the machine and for the RO plant.

Responsible for any delay during daily as well as weekly work schedule.

Responsible for keeping all confidential matters secret and protecting the interest of the company.

Taking essential action whenever needed on misbehave of any workers.

To conduct SOP training in the production area.





To ensure that the products are manufactured and stored as per laid down standards and specifications and all the manufacturing activities are carried out as per current Good Manufacturing Practices.

To prepare Master formula cards, Batch Manufacturing records and Batch Packing records for recent products and other production-related master documents and to get authorized the same from Quality Assurance.

To ensure that the Batch Manufacturing records, Batch Packing records and Equipment logbooks in manufacturing are completed online as per the procedure.

To check and review completed Batch Manufacturing and Batch Packing Records and to transfer the same to Quality Assurance for review and final release of Finished Products.

To conduct validation activities in the department in co-ordination with Quality Assurance.

To conduct on-the-job training of all the employees in production and maintain the records of the same in co-ordination with Quality Assurance.

To co-ordinate with Warehouse, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Engineering and Personnel and Administration departments for smooth functioning of production activities.

To allocate the work and job responsibilities to all employees in Production.

To ensure safety and maintenance of all equipment’s and zero or no breakdown.

To conduct self-inspection and audit with team members.

To carry out any other additional responsibilities given by seniors.

To check and review completed Batch Manufacturing and Batch Packing Records and to transfer the same to Quality Assurance for review and final release of Finished Products.

Candidate criteria:

Fluent in English.

Willing to relocate to Navsari or presently staying near Navsari.

Full knowledge of current GMP.

Minimum 15 Years of Pharma Formulations Experience.
