Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Senior Production Manager - Garments to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full time, on-site role that involves overseeing all aspects of production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficiency, maintain quality standards, and lead cross-functional teams to meet ambitious production goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Overseeing stitching lines to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to quality standards.
- Managing manpower to meet daily production targets and ensure 100% capacity utilization.
- Optimizing Work-In-Progress (WIP) on the floor to enhance productivity.
- Minimizing operations by implementing specialized machinery, folders, and attachments.
- Develop and oversee production schedules, aligning them with organizational targets.




- Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards.
- Optimize production efficiency through strategic planning and execution.
- Utilize Industrial Engineering (IE) tools and methodologies, including Operation Bulletin, SAM/SMV, Skill Mapping, Aids and Attachments, and Line Balancing.
- Monitor and control output, calculate costs, and drive cost optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and resolve operational challenges.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree/diploma in Garment Manufacturing Technology or a related field from a reputed institution.
- Experience: Over 15 years of hands-on experience in Garment Production, specifically in Wovens. Prior experience as an Industrial Engineer Manager is a must.
- In-depth knowledge of IE tools and processes.
- Strong expertise in garment manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage production schedules and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and capability to thrive under pressure.
