We are looking for a technically skilled and motivated professional to join ICON Solar-En Power Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in the initial setup and establishment of our Solar Cell Manufacturing Unit in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
This is an prospect to be part of our journey from the very beginning, contributing to plant setup, process implementation, and successful commencement of production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, commissioning, and stabilisation of the Solar Cell Manufacturing Unit.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, and process parameter setting.
- Monitor production processes and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Identify and troubleshoot process-related issues to improve yield and product quality.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and manufacturing protocols.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and technical teams for smooth operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce process losses.
