Roles and Responsibilities:

Product Ownership & RCM Domain Expertise

- Own product requirements end-to-end, from discovery and analysis through delivery, acceptance, and release.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) practices, workflows, terminology, and industry standards.
- Understand the interaction between clinical, operational, payer, and financial data throughout the revenue cycle.
- Partner closely with stakeholders and customers to understand business problems, define desired outcomes, and translate them into actionable product requirements.

Requirements, Backlog & Agile Execution
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into features, epics, and user stories with transparent acceptance criteria.
- Create current-state and future-state process flows to support solution design and business alignment.
- Own and continuously prioritize a forward-looking product backlog based on business value, risk, dependencies, and technical considerations.
- Present and clarify requirements during sprint planning, backlog refinement, and grooming sessions.
- Act as a proxy Product Manager/Product Owner when required and remove blockers for engineering teams.
- Collaborate effectively with offshore development teams,



including providing requirement clarification and support during offshore working hours.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Perform feature acceptance, validation, and final product review before production release.

Technical Alignment
- Develop a strong working understanding of underlying technologies, system architecture, integrations, and data flows.
- Partner with engineering teams to evaluate technical feasibility, trade-offs, dependencies, and implementation constraints.
- Participate in early-stage technical discussions and feasibility spikes to reduce ambiguity, risks, and rework.
- Ensure functional requirements adequately address non-functional requirements, including performance, security, scalability, reliability, and reporting.
- Leverage modern product development platforms and AI-assisted tools to accelerate solution discovery, requirements analysis, and decision-making.

Skills Required:

- Experience working as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business/Product Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Healthcare technology or RCM domain experience is highly desirable.
- Experience working with Azure, .NET-based applications, APIs, and enterprise systems is advantageous.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered
