As a Senior Product Manager, will own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key product initiatives. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Business, Operations, Revenue, and Customer Success to identify high-impact opportunities and turn them into scalable, intuitive products.This is a hands-on role for a product thinker who can operate with ownership, speed, and clarity in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Own product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for key product areas.
- Identify customer and business problems and translate them into impactful product solutions.
- Drive the complete product lifecycle .
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design to build scalable and customer-centric products.
- Use data, customer insights, market trends, and product metrics to drive decisions.
- Prioritise initiatives based on customer value, business impact, feasibility, and scalability.
- Drive product adoption, engagement, efficiency,



and measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align product priorities with Pidge’s growth and business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

- 6–8 years of experience in Product Management with robust end-to-end product ownership.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, marketplace, mobility, fintech, or platform businesses is preferred.
- Strong product sense with the ability to simplify complex problems into elegant solutions.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with an understanding of product and business metrics.
- Proven ability to work effectively with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-ownership environment.
