The Senior Product Manager – Marketing is responsible for owning and defining the end-to-end Marketing Technology strategy and roadmap, in collaboration with business, engineering and program counterparts across Personalization, Merchandising, Loyalty, and Digital Experience. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives to develop scalable,
data-driven marketing capabilities spanning campaign management and orchestration, customer segmentation, Digital Asset Management, channel strategy, and communication engine for content delivery that drive customer engagement and compliance, acquisition, and retention. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen to assess the financial feasibility and ROI of marketing initiatives, coupled with a deep understanding of customer lifecycle strategy, digital marketing channels, and data-driven decisioning.
The role involves both strategic roadmap ownership and hands-on delivery, partnering with Data Science, Engineering, and Design teams to build and scale marketing capabilities across web, app, email, push, SMS, RCS and other customer touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own the marketing product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap aligned to enterprise growth and customer experience goals
- Identify, priorities, and define customer segments and targeting strategies in partnership with Data Science and Marketing Operations
- Partner with Data Science and ML Engineering teams to define, build, and productions audience segmentation, campaign targeting, and decisioning models
- Monitor customer feedback, engagement metrics, industry trends, and competitive landscape to continuously improve marketing capabilities and campaign performance
- Analyze product OKRs (open rates, CTR, conversion, ROAS, retention, incrementality) and make data-driven decisions to iterate and scale
- Collaborate with Personalization, Merchandising, Loyalty, In-store and Shopper Experience teams to embed marketing capabilities into wider business strategies, campaigns, and the end-to-end customer journey
- Coordinate with Engineering and Program Management across geographies to ensure timely, high-quality execution
- Define and implement campaign orchestration rules, guardrails, and prioritization logic to balance customer relevance, frequency/fatigue, and business objectives
- Ensure marketing initiatives comply with data privacy, legal, and ethical standards (e.g., consent, opt-in/opt-out, regulatory compliance)
- Define, own, and execute the product roadmap and backlog, writing explicit PRDs and user stories
- Partner with UX/Product Design and Creative teams to create intuitive, relevant, and high-performing campaign experiences
- Drive experimentation (A/B testing) discipline to validate hypotheses and quantify impact before scaling
- Mentor Product Managers and Associate Product Managers within the marketing team.
Experience Required:
- 9-12 years of product management experience, preferably in consumer marketplaces.
- Experience in launching and optimizing Digital Marketing products at scale
- Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, user research, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience partnering with Data Science/ML teams on recommendation systems, ranking models, or decisioning engines
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, especially in a global team environment.
