Job Title: Senior Product Manager Software Platform (BMS)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong foundation in software product development, a deep understanding of complex software platforms, and proven leadership experience. This is a strategic role designed to drive the evolution of our advanced Building Management System (BMS) software platform, enabling intelligent building automation, real-time monitoring, energy optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7–10 years of experience in software product development, and should have managed high-performing technical teams. A solid grasp of the complete software lifecycle — from conceptualization to release and continuous improvement — is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and lead the entire software product lifecycle, including roadmap planning, design, development, deployment, and ongoing iteration.
- Develop a deep, end-to-end understanding of the software platform, including architecture, integrations, and feature functionalities. You should be able to fully articulate how each component works and how it delivers value to customers.
- Define explicit product strategies aligned with business goals, market trends, and customer needs, particularly in the context of BMS and smart building solutions.
- Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, QA,



and systems integration teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions on time and within scope.
- Lead and mentor a team of skilled engineers and technical professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
- Establish and enforce best practices in software product development, ensuring high quality, security, and performance standards.
- Analyze customer feedback, data insights, and emerging technology trends (e.g., IoT, AI-driven analytics) to drive continuous product improvements and new feature development.
- Act as the primary internal and external evangelist for the product, bridging technical and business discussions seamlessly.

Preferred Profile
- 6 –9 years of experience in software product development, with hands-on exposure to the design and delivery of large-scale, enterprise-grade platforms.
- Proven experience in leading and managing sizable technical teams, with a track record of successfully delivering complex products.
- Strong expertise in backend systems, distributed architectures, APIs, cloud platforms, and software security.
- Prior experience in or strong understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS), IoT devices, or smart building software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business outcomes.
- A self-starter with a strategic mindset and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
