Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to drive the growth and evolution of Airtel Payments Bank's Current Account portfolio. The role will be responsible for defining product strategy, improving customer journeys, launching new features, and enhancing customer adoption and engagement across the Current Account lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive the Current Account product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio growth.
- Design and optimize customer acquisition, onboarding, servicing, engagement, and retention journeys.
- Identify and launch new product features, propositions, and value-added services to improve customer experience and product adoption.
- Collaborate with technology, operations, compliance, analytics, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Define business requirements, prepare PRDs/BRDs, and manage end-to-end product development and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, KYC/AML requirements, and internal governance standards.
- Monitor portfolio performance, customer behavior, product adoption, and key business metrics to drive continuous enhancement.




- Lead UAT, issue resolution, and go-live readiness for new product launches and enhancements.
- Leverage customer insights and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Desired Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of Current Account products, liabilities business, portfolio management, and digital banking.
- Experience in product management within banking, fintech, or financial services.
- Knowledge of RBI regulations, KYC/AML processes, and digital onboarding frameworks.
- Experience with customer lifecycle management, portfolio growth, and product performance management.
- Familiarity with data analysis, Excel, SQL, APIs, and digital product development.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; MBA (Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred).
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management, Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech.
