Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Senior Product Manager at Superfan.ng.

The Senior Product

Manager will own the product vision and roadmap for the learning platform, translating company strategy into clear product goals and prioritized initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading discovery and user research, defining requirements, writing user stories, and collaborating closely with design, engineering, content, and marketing to deliver high-impact features. The role involves analyzing product performance and user data, running experiments, and iterating on the app’s gamification, content, and user experience to drive engagement and learning outcomes.

The Senior Product

Manager will also facilitate cross-functional alignment,



manage stakeholder expectations, and support the scaling of product development processes in a growing remote team.

Qualifications

- Product management skills in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap; experience with user stories, backlog prioritization, and agile workflows.

- User research and data analysis skills, including gathering qualitative insights, interpreting product metrics, and making evidence-based decisions.
- Collaboration and communication skills for working with design, engineering, content, and marketing in a distributed team environment.
- Experience in edtech, consumer apps, or gamified products, with understanding of engagement loops and learning experience design.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities in fast-moving, startup contexts.
- Comfort with remote work, including self-management, reliable communication, and use of digital collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated interest in or familiarity with African languages, cultures, or diaspora communities is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Product Management, Business, Computer Science, Education, or related disciplines) or equivalent practical experience.
