Procurement Manager – Non-IT Indirect Spend

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing, category management, vendor management, and cost optimisation across Altimetrik's global non-IT indirect spend portfolio. The role will drive strategic procurement initiatives across Facilities, Real Estate, Travel, HR Services, Marketing, Skilled Services, Logistics, and Administration categories while ensuring governance, compliance, and measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sourcing and category strategies for indirect spend categories.
- Lead RFx processes, supplier negotiations, contract management, and vendor performance reviews.
- Drive spend analytics, cost savings, and procurement transformation initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders, Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations to align procurement strategies with business goals.
- Manage supplier risk, compliance, and governance frameworks.
- Champion procurement digitisation and P2P automation using leading eProcurement platforms.





Requirements:

- 14+ years of procurement experience with significant exposure to non-IT indirect spend categories.
- Proven success managing large spend portfolios and delivering measurable cost savings.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management, vendor management, contract negotiations, spend analytics, and risk management.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred, along with relevant procurement certifications (CIPS, CPSM, CPM, CSCP, etc.).
- Experience in global procurement within technology services or consulting organisations is highly desirable.
