Role Description The Senior Process Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing end-to-end process execution in support of demand generation and marketing campaigns. The role involves managing customer interactions, ensuring high-quality customer service, monitoring process performance, and identifying areas for improvement.

Day-to-day tasks include handling customer queries,



coordinating with internal teams, documenting process workflows, and maintaining accurate records to support campaign delivery.

The Senior Process

Executive also contributes to meeting service-level agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting data integrity and compliance standards. This role requires proactive problem-solving, clear communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support, Customer Service, and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor process metrics, and identify operational improvements.
- Relevant experience in process management, operations, or B2B demand generation environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting dashboards is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, operations, or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume setting are important.
