REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of hands-on Yardi implementation and configuration experience across multiple modules.
- Proven track record in end-to-end data migration projects, including cutover planning and execution.
- Experience providing structured helpdesk / managed services support in a Yardi workplace.
- Strong analytical skills — ability to interpret data, identify anomalies, and trace root causes quickly.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in rotational / shift-based schedules, including evenings and weekends when required.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Excel (data manipulation, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) for migration and reconciliation work.
- Strong documentation habits — configuration guides, runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge-base articles.
