Key Responsibilities

1. Design &

- Engineering Documentation

- Prepare basic and detailed process drawings including PFDs, P&IDs;, and layouts.

- Perform process design calculations including equipment sizing, mass balance, energy balance, and water balance.

- Prepare required datasheets and Equipment selection to ensure alignment with performance requirements.

- Maintain records of approved drawings, datasheets, and client comments for audit/reference.

2.

Plant

Coordination &

- Operations Monitoring

- Coordinate with plant operations team for regular process monitoring and data collection.

- Analyse operational issues and provide design-based troubleshooting support.

- Document plant performance trends and suggest improvements.

- Visit operational plants periodically for performance checks and technical evaluations.

3. Vendor &

- Client Interaction

- Participate in site visits with vendors for sampling and plant performance analysis.

- Support vendor evaluation by reviewing equipment design specifications against process needs.

- Respond to technical queries and assist in design clarifications for vendors and clients.





4. Inter-Departmental Coordination

- Work closely with Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Automation, and Procurement teams to ensure cohesive project execution.

- Support procurement with process-related inputs during equipment finalization and ordering.

- Ensure all inter-disciplinary inputs are incorporated in design deliverables without conflicts.

5. Documentation &

- Knowledge Management

- Ensure version-controlled documentation of drawings, datasheets, and calculations.

- Support Lead – Process &
- Design in compiling lessons learned and standardization initiatives.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
