Job Overview:

We are looking for a Privacy Consultant to support privacy compliance, data protection, and risk management initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in privacy regulations, assessments, and working with clients or internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Support privacy compliance and data protection initiatives.

Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA/DPIA).

Assist with privacy audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.

Interpret and implement privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and India DPDP Act.

Develop and maintain privacy policies, procedures, and documentation.

Work with business and technical teams to identify and address privacy risks.

Support client consultations and privacy-related projects.

Required Skills

Experience in Privacy Consulting, Data Protection, or Privacy Compliance.

Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and DPDP Act.

Experience with PIA/DPIA and privacy risk assessments.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Understanding of data governance and privacy frameworks.

Ability to prepare privacy documentation and reports.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, or CIPT are an advantage.

Experience in consulting or client-facing privacy projects.
