We’re Hiring | Senior Procurement Executive / Manager

Rekha Interiors is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Procurement Executive / Manager to join our team and manage procurement activities for our interior design and execution projects.

? Key Responsibilities

*Identify, evaluate, negotiate with and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers.

*Source and procure interior materials, laminates, hardware, finishes, furniture, paints, samples and site consumables.

*Negotiate competitive prices, payment terms and delivery schedules.

*Ensure the right quality, quantity, and timely delivery as per project requirements.

*Maintain accurate purchase records, quotations, rate comparisons and MIS reports.

*Coordinate closely with Design, Site, Accounts and Logistics teams.

*Track market trends,



new materials and opportunities for cost optimization.

*Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.

*Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and vendor agreements.

? What We’re Looking For:

*2+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the interior design/construction industry.

*Solid knowledge of interior materials, laminates, hardware, finishes, furniture and vendors.

*Excellent negotiation, communication and vendor management skills.

*Proficiency in MS Office and Excel; knowledge of ERP systems will be an advantage.

*Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
