We are looking for a Senior PPC / Performance Marketing Manager with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and other digital platforms. The role will be responsible for driving profitable traffic, conversions, revenue, and customer acquisition for e-commerce/D2C businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Develop full-funnel paid media strategies across awareness, consideration, conversion, and remarketing.
- Manage budgets and optimize campaigns for ROAS, ROI, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CVR, and revenue.
- Drive e-commerce sales, recent customer acquisition, repeat purchases, and overall profitability.
- Manage Google Shopping, Performance Max, Search, Display, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, competitor research, and campaign optimization.
- Monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel,



and related tools.
- Analyze landing pages, customer journeys, and conversion funnels and recommend CRO improvements.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Work closely with e-commerce, creative, website, and merchandising teams.
- Forecast advertising spend, revenue, conversions, and acquisition costs.
- Identify growth opportunities and scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining profitability.

Required Skills

- 5–10 years of PPC / Performance Marketing experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Excellent understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CVR, LTV, and attribution.
- Strong e-commerce/D2C performance marketing experience.
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Experience handling significant advertising budgets.
- Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred

Experience with Shopify, fashion, jewellery, beauty, luxury, lifestyle, or retail brands, along with Looker Studio, marketplaces, CRO, SEO, CRM, or team management.
