Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior PLM Tester/Test Lead with Teamcenter PLM expertise to lead testing activities across Siemens Teamcenter implementations, upgrades, integrations, and customization projects. The candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end business processes, ensuring product quality, defining test strategies, and collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and solution architects.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Teamcenter Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, Test Automation, and Defect Management within Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Testing

•

Validate Teamcenter out-of-the-box and customized functionalities.

•

Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs.

•

Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data.

•

Perform End-to-End testing across PLM business processes.

Teamcenter Module Testing

Hands-on testing experience in one or more Teamcenter modules:

•

Validate integrations between Teamcenter and:

CAD Applications (SW, CATIA)

Defect Management

•

Log, track, and manage defects using Azure DevOps or Jira.

•

Perform root cause analysis and support defect triage discussions.

•

Work closely with development teams for issue resolution.

Automation & Quality Engineering

•

Identify automation opportunities.

•

Support test automation activities using Selenium, Java, or similar tools.

•

Validate APIs and backend services where applicable.

•

Develop regression packs for continuous testing.

Agile Delivery

•

Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

•

Estimate testing efforts and provide quality metrics.

•

Support Release and UAT activities.
