We are looking for an experienced Senior PLC Programmer with strong hands-on experience in Special Purpose Machines (SPM), Industrial Automation, PLC Programming, HMI, and Machine Commissioning.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling PLC programming, machine sequence development, troubleshooting, debugging, and commissioning of SPM and automation machines.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and modify PLC programs for SPM and industrial automation machines.
- Independently handle PLC programming, HMI programming, and machine logic development.
- Develop machine sequences based on mechanical and automation requirements.
- Perform PLC debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning.
- Integrate PLCs with sensors, pneumatic systems, VFDs, servo drives, motors, and safety systems.
- Understand and troubleshoot electrical/control panel wiring and control circuits.
- Support machine assembly, dry runs, trials, and final commissioning.
- Identify and resolve automation-related issues during machine testing.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Design teams for complete machine integration.
- Modify existing PLC and HMI programs based on customer requirements.
- Lead PLC-related activities during machine development and commissioning.




- Provide technical guidance to junior PLC programmers and automation engineers.
- Handle customer-site commissioning and troubleshooting when required.
- Maintain PLC/HMI program backups and basic technical documentation.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in PLC Programming and Industrial Automation.
- Strong practical knowledge of SPM / Special Purpose Machines.
- Hands-on experience with HMI Programming.
- Knowledge of VFD, Servo, Pneumatics, Sensors, Motors, and Safety Circuits.
- Ability to read and understand Electrical and Control Panel Drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Positive understanding of machine automation sequences and interlocks.
- Ability to independently handle machine commissioning.

Qualification Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Electrical / EEE / ECE / Mechatronics / Automation or related field

Preferred Experience

- 4–8 years of relevant experience in PLC Programming and Industrial Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience in SPM Automation is preferred.
- Experience in complete machine programming, debugging, and commissioning.
- Experience handling projects independently is preferred.
- Immediate Joiners are highly preferred or Serving Notice Period .
