Hiring: PMO – Senior & Middle Level

Job Summary We are looking for experienced PMO professionals to support large-scale infrastructure and transformation programs. The candidates will be responsible for program governance, stakeholder coordination, risk and issue management, reporting, and ensuring effective project governance across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive PMO and Program Governance activities across large-scale infrastructure/transformation programs.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, processes, and reporting mechanisms.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and escalations across projects/programs.
- Prepare and coordinate Steering Committee and Operational Committee reports, presentations, and dashboards.
- Ensure timely and accurate project/program documentation and status reporting.
- Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items.
- Facilitate governance meetings and ensure effective follow-up and closure of actions.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on program progress.
- Maintain project data, reports, dashboards, and documentation using relevant PMO tools.
- Support continuous improvement of PMO processes, governance standards, and reporting practices.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in PMO and Program Governance.




- Hands-on experience in Risk & Issue Management.
- Experience preparing Steering Committee / Operational Committee reporting.
- Strong project documentation and coordination skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or transformation programs.
- Solid understanding of project/program management methodologies and governance frameworks.

Tools / Technologies Candidates should have experience working with one or more of the following:
- Jira
- Confluence
- Clarity
- ServiceNow

Experience Requirements PMO Senior – 1 Position
- 15+ years of overall experience.
- Strong experience in PMO leadership and program governance.
- Experience managing governance for large-scale infrastructure/transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and senior management reporting experience.

PMO Middle Level – 2 Positions
- 10–15 years of overall experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in PMO, governance, reporting, coordination, and risk/issue management.
- Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or transformation programs.
- Good stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a structured enterprise PMO environment will be an advantage.
