Pilates Academy Juhu is seeking a highly skilled, passionate Senior Pilates Instructor to join our boutique studio. Located in the heart of Juhu, our studio caters to a dedicated base of premium clientele and fitness enthusiasts seeking personalized attention, targeted rehabilitation, and posture correction.

As a Senior Instructor, you will lead high-touch private, semi-private, and small-group apparatus and Mat Pilates sessions, while playing a key role in mentoring junior trainers and maintaining the studio's technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver premium 1-on-1 private and small-group classes across Mat Pilates and apparatus, with primary focus on the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Spine Corrector.

Conduct thorough client assessments, evaluate postural alignment, and design customized, goal-oriented programs.

Safely modify exercises for special populations, including clients dealing with joint and back issues, muscle pain, pre/post-natal needs, and mobility goals.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior instructors to maintain consistent class quality across the studio.

Build strong,



lasting relationships with clients to drive retention and attendance.

Ensure all studio equipment is operated safely, maintained properly, and sanitized between sessions.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5+ years of active teaching experience in a professional studio setting across Mat and apparatus.

Anatomy Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge of functional anatomy, biomechanics, posture analysis, and injury prevention.

Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and a polished, professional presence suited for an upscale clientele.

Availability: Flexibility to work peak studio hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts.
