Role Description The Senior Planning Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Rural. This position is responsible for developing and managing project and production plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with timelines and resource availability. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing operational data, identifying risks or delays, and recommending corrective actions.

Engineer will prepare reports, support project control activities, and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and output.



The role also involves clear communication with management and stakeholders to provide status updates and support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong planning and production planning skills to develop, implement, and track project and operational schedules.
- Solid analytical skills and project control capabilities to monitor performance, manage risks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, and coordinate project activities.
- Experience in engineering or industrial operations, preferably in a similar planning or project control role.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency with planning and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Excel, project management or ERP software).
- Ability to work on-site in Bangalore Rural, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
