The Role

We are looking for robust Backend Engineers with 1–5 years of experience who want to work on challenging, real-world systems.

You will work directly on the ERP platform, taking features from problem understanding → technical design → coding → testing → production .

You will work with experienced engineers and progressively take ownership of more complex backend components.

What You Will Work On

- Build and enhance backend services using Object-Oriented Programming and sound design principles.
- Design and implement complex business workflows and REST APIs.
- Work with large MySQL, PostgreSQL and ClickHouse databases.
- Write and optimize SQL queries, indexes and database operations.
- Work with Redis, queues, background processing and event-driven systems .
- Build SDKs, integrations and communication protocols.
- Investigate performance bottlenecks and production issues.
- Design solutions for high-volume and peak-load scenarios.
- Participate in code reviews, refactoring and technical design.
- Work with Linux, Git/GitLab, CI/CD and AWS-based infrastructure.
- Use modern AI-assisted development tools while maintaining engineering quality and understanding of the code you ship.

Technology Stack Backend: PHP, Laravel, Yii2, Python, Node.js, fastAPI REST APIs

Data: MySQL, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis





Infrastructure: Linux, Nginx, Apache, PHP-FPM, AWS, Docker, CI/CD

Engineering: Git, GitLab, APIs, SDKs, event-driven systems, observability

Frontend exposure: JavaScript, React, Bootstrap, Tailwind

You do not need to know everything in our technology stack. Strong fundamentals, problem-solving ability and the ability to learn quickly matter more than technology checklists.

What We Look ForMust Have

- 1–5 years of software development experience.
- Strong programming and OOP fundamentals.
- Good understanding of backend development and MVC architecture.
- Strong SQL fundamentals and experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL.
- Experience building or consuming REST APIs.
- Good understanding of Git.
- Ability to understand and work within an existing codebase.
- Ability to debug problems independently.
- Ability to translate a problem statement into technical design.

Strong Advantage
- Yii2, Laravel, Symfony, FastAPI, Express.js or similar backend framework experience.
- Experience with large-scale web applications.
- Redis, queues or asynchronous processing.
- Database performance optimization.
- Production debugging and incident resolution.
- Open-source contributions, GitHub projects, hackathons or strong personal projects.
