- Manage and monitor 250+ Phlebotomists across the city.
- Handle and guide 5 Team Leaders managing the phlebotomy team.
- Monitor daily attendance, productivity, performance, and service quality.
- Ensure timely customer visits and smooth sample collection operations.
- Handle operational issues and escalations related to phlebotomists.
- Conduct daily/weekly performance reviews with Team Leaders.
- Identify manpower requirements and ensure proper team deployment.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS and share performance updates with management.
Shift: Early morning login from home; report to office by 10:00 AM.
Week Off: Rotational
Qualification: Graduate preferred
Experience: Experience in team handling/field operations/phlebotomy operations preferred.
