We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing qualified with strong expertise in paid acquisition and digital marketing strategy.

? Experience: 6+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and execute performance marketing strategies

✅ Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads & other paid channels

✅ Own campaign budgets, ROI, ROAS, CPL & CPA targets

✅ Drive lead generation and customer acquisition

✅ Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities

✅ Develop data-driven strategies for scaling campaigns

✅ Prepare performance reports and present insights to management

✅ Coordinate with content, SEO, design and sales teams

✅ Guide and mentor junior performance marketing team members

What We’re Looking For:
