Responsibilities

- Own Meta &
- Google Ads end-to-end.

- Plan and execute performance marketing strategies.

- Manage budgets and drive profitable customer acquisition.

- Scale winning campaigns and optimize underperforming campaigns.

- Plan and execute creative testing across different hooks and formats.

- Analyze campaign data and identify growth opportunities.

- Work with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.

- Track key metrics including ROAS, CAC, Revenue &

- Conversion Rate.

- Build and continuously improve paid acquisition engine.

Skills Requirements

- Ad Strategy

- Excel / Google Sheets

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
