Non-Negotiable Must-Haves

1. A Meta + Google Ads wizard. Someone who genuinely knows these platforms inside out and has been deeply hands-on with campaign setup, execution, optimisation and scaling.
2. Strong with numbers and media planning. Has independently managed meaningful ad budgets, knows where to allocate the next ₹1 of spend, and can optimise aggressively for ROI.

Knows what makes creatives perform.

Can look at performance data, identify why an ad is winning or losing, develop new testing hypotheses and work with the creative team to keep finding winners.

Bonus: Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads. Who is a fit?

1. 3-6 years of Consumer/D2C experience. Ideally from physical consumer brands across Health & Wellness, Fitness, Beauty & Personal Care, FMCG or similar categories.
2. Strong agency candidates are welcome too, especially if they have personally managed and scaled Meta + Google Ads for multiple Consumer/D2C brands.
