Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Pharmacist with 3+ years of experience in dispensing medications, prescription review, inventory management, and patient counselling. The candidate should have strong knowledge of medicines, dosage forms, drug interactions, and pharmacy regulations, with a strong focus on patient safety and accurate medication dispensing.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and accurately dispense medications based on valid prescriptions.

- Verify prescriptions for dosage, drug interactions, contraindications, and potential medication errors.

- Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, precautions, side effects, and storage.

- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, controlled medicines, and pharmacy transactions.

- Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels and ensure proper storage of medicines.

- Check medicines for expiry dates, batch numbers, packaging, and quality.

- Coordinate with doctors, nurses,



and other healthcare professionals regarding medication-related queries.

- Handle inventory activities, including stock receiving, reconciliation, and periodic physical verification.

- Support audits and maintain required documentation and reports.

- Provide excellent customer/patient service and resolve routine pharmacy-related queries.

- Stay updated on recent medicines, drug safety information, and relevant pharmaceutical practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from a recognized institution.

- Valid pharmacist registration with the applicable State Pharmacy Council.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant pharmacy experience.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
