Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of PCB engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Conduct thorough testing and validation of PCB designs, including 1 ph and 3 ph UPS testing and board-level servicing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PCBs into larger systems, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into our PCB design processes.
- Document and maintain comprehensive records of PCB designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex PCB-related issues, providing timely solutions to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the PCB team, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Participate in project planning and estimation,
contributing to the successful delivery of projects within deadlines.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PCB design and development, with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Expertise in handling 1 ph and 3 ph UPS testing and commissioning, as well as board-level servicing.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team of engineers.
- Proficiency in PCB design software and tools, such as Altium Designer or similar industry-standard applications.
- Excellent knowledge of electrical engineering principles and circuit design.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to PCB design and manufacturing.
